Title & Escrow

Purpose 

The purpose of this page is to provide general information re the Ashwood Downs Home Owners Association (“ADHOA”) for title and escrow companies. 

Dues / Liabilities 

For 2024 the ADHOA dues were $296.21. Dues assessments occur annually in the springtime for the year in question (e.g., dues for calendar 2025 are due June 30, 2025). 

There are no assessments beyond the annual dues—e.g., no transfer fees, no move-in/move-out fees, etc. ADHOA currently has no lawsuits pending nor liens against any home owner assets. ADHOA does not own any property or facilities, so there are no issues regarding inspection reports, reserve studies, and the like. 

Insurance

The ADHOA has a general liability policy funded by these dues. The policy is with Liberty Mutual. Additional details can be provided as needed.

Please email us at Ashwood Downs HOA [email protected]  with the contact information for the new home owner(s)—email address(es) and/or mobile phone number(s)—so we can notify them regarding future events, parties, and dues, etc. When added, new owners will receive an activation email to setup an account with PayHOA (https://app.payhoa.com), the management tool used for the association.
