We are an active homeowners association of 86 homes founded in 1987. The minimal HOA dues cover the annual Spring Cleanup, 4th of July Celebration, and the End of Summer Party along with normal neighborhood maintenance.
As of December 1st, 2024 we stopped being managed by Blue Mountain and are back to being self-managed. Most of the communications to homeowners are conducted via PayHoa, including event reminders, newsletters, and homeowners dues. Please contact us at [email protected] if you are a new resident. We will only send out a few messages a year and never share our list with others.
