Specific scheduled dates for all events will be communicated to homeowners at least thirty days in advance.
Annual Meeting: Review annual budget, elect officers, review activities, catch up with your neighbors in January/February.
Spring Cleanup: We bring in 6-7 dumpsters that are placed around the neighborhood around the 3rd weekend of May (the weekend in between Mother’s day and Memorial day). Great for homeowners to get rid of unwanted items.
July 4th Celebration: We provide a breakfast (drinks and pastries) and have a parade around the neighborhood. When possible, we arrange for a TVFD firetruck to show up.
End of Summer Party: Usually the first or second weekend in September, we have a barbecue, games, bounce-house (weather permitting), and live music.
